How do I make my wind charge launcher consistent? (i.e. no horizontal movement or a consistent horizontal movement everytime)

My first thought was to use trapdoors to align the player, but there is still movement front and back. Also, there could be issues where the player gets stuck at the bottom if they move, as there isnt a trapdoor at the bottom (since the pressure plate takes the space).

Slide 2 shows my current design for the dispensers. I'm definitely able to change it if it requires (there is a composter underneath the pressure plate).
