I don’t have much experience when it comes to redstone but I did this without looking at tutorials or anything else.
It’s all connected with pipes that first send the kelps to furnaces and below them lthere is a crafter wich automatically crafts dried kelp blocks.
The blocks then go into another pipe that sends them into the furnaces used to burn the kelps to be used as fuel, when they are full, the blocks bypass the furnaces hoppers and go straight into another underground pipe connected to many furnaces around the village.
