Fortnite’s next mini-season is on the way, and with it comes the end of one of Fortnite’s biggest seasons yet. Fortnite Override officially ends on November 1, giving players only a limited time to enjoy the current season, earn all its rewards, and more. Here is everything you need to do before the next season of Fortnite begins.

Complete the Fortnite Override Battle Pass

The biggest thing you may want to complete before the next season is the Fortnite Override Battle Pass, since all of its cosmetics will likely be gone for a long time following the start of the mini-season. To unlock every reward in the Battle Pass, including the bonus rewards and Super Styles, you must reach at least Level 200 before the season ends. Use these XP farming tricks to level up much faster:

Complete All XP Quests: These include Story Quests, Weekly Quests, Fortnitemares Quests, Ranked Quests, and Fortnite OG and Reload Quests.

Sprite Mastery Rewards: By extracting and Mastering Sprites, you already earn XP. The Sprite Mastery milestones also yield several tiers of 40,000 XP.

Gold Sprite and More XP Override: Pair a Gold Sprite with the More XP Override Cartridge to farm more XP through eliminations in Battle Royale.

Use Lobby Hack Codes: Several Lobby Hacks award additional XP.

Creative Games and LEGO Fortnite Odyssey: Playing Creative and LEGO Fortnite Odyssey provides the best way to earn playtime XP.

Unlock All Additional Seasonal Rewards

Aside from the Battle Pass, you can also unlock a bunch of other rewards, most of which you will have until the remainder of the current season to get. Here is every free reward you should unlock before the end of Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4:

Pixel Polli Skin and Style: Master 28 Sprites for the base skin and 70 Sprites for the additional style.

Pixel Sprite Trainer Back Bling: Extract 30 Sprites to unlock the Back Bling. Master Sprites to unlock them as additional styles.

Build-a-Wrixel Styles (Requires the Battle Pass): Complete all Build-a-Wrixel Quests.

Ordered and Void Master Geno Styles (Requires the Battle Pass): Complete all Geno Quests.

Override ‘Brella Glider: Win a Fortnite Override Battle Royale match.

Jimothy Racoon Sidekick: Extract a Dumpster Dive Sprite.

Free Jack-a-Nape Skin and Fortnitemares rewards: Complete 26 Fortnitemares Quests.

Gold Punk Skin (not free): Redeem a Fortnite Gift Card before October 31.

Find Every Fortnite Override Sprite

Fortnite’s upcoming mini-season is rumored to carry over the current roster of Sprites, and while this is yet to be confirmed, finding as many Sprites before the end of the season as possible will give you an edge at completing your entire Sprite collection for the following mini-season. Here is every way to get a Sprite in Fortnite Override:

Remember to extract any Sprite you find in game to secure it in your Sprite Collection.

Master Every Fortnite Override Sprite for Rewards

As mentioned earlier, the Sprites present in Fortnite Override are rumored to also be featured during the mini-season. However, the Sprite Mastery Rewards paired with the Sprite Trainer Back Bling will still need to be unlocked before the end of this season, meaning it would be best to Master them before October 31. Here are the best methods to Master every Sprite.

Most Sprites: Sprites without special XP rules are best leveled up through a combination of eliminations and opening containers. Quack Snacks also work, and can be purchased at Vending Machines or found as loot.

Bounty Hunter Sprites: These require four eliminations to Master on regular days, or two when double Sprite XP is active. Both player and NPC eliminations count.

Klombo Sprites: Level it up by using consumables. It takes up to four Med Kits on regular days, or fewer during double Sprite XP. Use healing items in the Storm or by the fire pits at Stone Sanctum or the building south-west of Stone Sanctum to level up faster.

Crown Sprites: Can only be Mastered by getting a win with one equipped. Doing so unlocks the next Crown Sprite variant.

Remember to extract any Sprite you get to Level 5 to fully Master it. The only exceptions are the Adventure and Klombo Sprites, which automatically extract themselves at Level 5.

Use All Sprite Dust & Gizmos Before They Reset

Just like last season, both Sprite Dust and Gizmos are expected to reset with the launch of the mini-season, as there is currently an in-game timer counting down to the upcoming Gizmo reset. As such, be sure to use all your Sprite Dust and Gizmos, as they will be wiped once the new season starts.

In the case that you have a Lucky Locator, I would recommend saving that until you have as many Sprites in your collection as possible. By doing so, you can reduce the pool of Sprites it can give you, since the Lucky Locator guarantees one Sprite you do not already have.

Achieve Your Highest Rank in Ranked Battle Royale

The final thing you should absolutely do is finish the ranked season at your highest rank. This mainly applies to ranked players, but doing so allows you to secure rewards like the Hack ‘n Slasher Pickaxe, Unreal Override Pickaxe, and much more. These rewards are only obtainable during the current season and will not return.
