To celebrate the launch of Minecraft Dungeons II, the new action-adventure game set in the Minecraft universe, Domino’s Pizza is offering exclusive experiences to customers who purchase a Domino, the individual, Detroit-style pizza launched in August.
The campaign marks Minecraft Dungeons II’s first-ever partnership and includes six collectible themed boxes and in-game items. Domino’s is also giving away 20,000 digital copies of Minecraft Dungeons II.
“At Domino’s, we’re always looking for new ways to bring customers closer to the brands and experiences they love,” Chief Marketing Officer Kate Trumbull said in a statement. “When we launched the Domino, we saw an opportunity to think beyond the pizza itself and create experiences that surprise and delight customers. Minecraft Dungeons II is all about teaming up with friends for epic adventures, and the Domino is built for those same moments.”
Starting on Oct. 26, customers can unlock the following experiences when they purchase a Domino:
Collectible Domino’s and Minecraft Dungeons II-Themed Boxes: The Domino will come in one of six boxes, each featuring a different Minecraft Dungeons II character, including Corrupted Creeper, Prime Enchanter, Valorie, Zombie, Pig, and Creeper.
Exclusive In-Game Items for Domino’s Rewards Members: Each time Domino’s Rewards members purchase a Domino online, they can earn one of three exclusive, randomly awarded in-game items to use in the game.
Domino’s Skin: Players can earn a collectible Domino’s skin for their avatar.
Domino’s Slice Slayer Cape
Domino’s Cheesy Cube Pet: Domino’s Cheesy Cube Pet is the first co-branded partnership pet to appear in Minecraft Dungeons II
Promo codes for the in-game items will be loaded directly into Domino’s Rewards members’ “My Rewards” tab. Codes are only redeemable in Minecraft Dungeons II (sold separately).
Additionally, between Oct. 26 and Nov. 4, Domino’s is giving away 2,000 Minecraft Dungeons II game tokens every day, which customers can use to download the base game for free (a $29.99 value). For the chance to win, customers must purchase a Domino and submit proof of purchase online. Game downloads are valid on PC and XBOX only.
Finally, Domino’s signature Tracker will soon feature an interactive Minecraft Dungeons II theme.
“With its block shape, playful spirit and perfect-for-gaming format, the Domino felt right at home in the Minecraft Dungeons II universe,” Trumbull added. “Together, we’re turning every purchase into an adventure, giving fans exclusive content, collectible items, and a chance to bring their love of pizza and gaming together.”
The collaboration will roll out in 19 global markets with the Domino’s system.
Minecraft formally launched in 2011 as a game of blocks, creatures, and community. Players can approach the game as a survival quest or to build a work of art. Because of its versatility, the game has been used in school curriculums to enhance learning through game-based experiences, fostering creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving skills across various subjects. Since its creation, it has sold more than 300 million copies, making it the best-selling video game in the world.
Minecraft Dungeons is a spinoff of the game, initially launched in 2020 and reaching over 25 million unique players. Minecraft Dungeons II was officially released at the end of September.
Notably, this marks the second restaurant chain to partner with the popular IP. In March 2025, McDonald’s introduced Minecraft-themed meals to coincide with the release of A Minecraft Movie. The launch generated a double-digit traffic lift for the Golden Arches, according to Placer.ai data.
