The Sims 4 October 2026 Patch Adds Free CAS and Build/Buy Items
A new free The Sims 4 October 2026 patch is available on PC, Mac, Xbox, and PlayStation. It includes new stuff for elder Sims in Create-a-Sim and Build/Buy Mode! These are two hairstyles, four clothing items, five clothing recolors for existing looks, four styled looks, eleven new build/buy items, and one new styled room! Let’s take a look!
New Free CAS Items in The Sims 4 October 2026 Patch
Elder Sims are getting some new wardrobe options in this free update! The latest patch introduces two new hairstyles for Adult and Elder Sims, four clothing items, and five recolors of existing clothing.
Two New Hairstyles
The new hairstyles include the Quiff Side Part Hair and Half Down Waves Hair.
Four Clothing Items
The clothing additions feature a new sweater, lace dress, sleeveless blouse, and a midi skirt with pockets.

Looking for some new faces to add to your neighborhood? This update introduces four new Elder Sims to the Gallery: Raven Balalrd, Elena Marquez, Daniel Kwon, and Malik Nasir.
Whether you use them to populate your world, introduce new neighbors to your Sims, or create new stories for your households, these characters offer even more possibilities for your gameplay!
