Omg I’m not even in year 1 and this video sounds like another language, but one day I’ll understand it 😶
this is awful, the jades are the only good tip.
1.most important thing is to almost exclusively use explosive ammo to mine
2. drinks and food buffs stack, always triple coffee +luck food
3. break rocks on treasure rooms to try to get pitfall since ladder is gauranteed and theres only 1-8 stones
4. ring swaps (speed on kill) when you have to kill mobs, as well as hammers+dagger specs being best to kill with
5. floor 100 is when iridiums scaling flatlines, so, get whatever juicy crops you see before that, and then really start focusing on mining after 100
6. every time you load a room time is passing, but you can open your inventory or journal while its still loading, saving a lot of day time
7. on floors where you cant see a lot of it on screen, you can open the options and take a room screenshot and view if theres important things off screen, such as a freebie ladder, which drastically decreases your chance of getting a ladder spawn

I recently watch a guy break a record with 9,015 iridium ore in one day. He used this method, but has 3 stacks (2,997) of stairs and used some other techniques like double pausing. He was at level 1,200 by 8 in the morning.

I got the statue of perfection a little while ago and that's how I'd been getting all my iridum. I'd been slowly working my courage to get through the skull cavern for the 100th floor quest, but I'm also looking for prismatic shards. I've found just 2 so far. one I put in the abandoned bundle and one I donated to the museum. I just need one more to get the galaxy sword and iridum node are one of the big ways to get more prismatic shards.

I found crafting normal bombs in bulk which require iron ore and coal is very easy to farm the materials in the normal mine to get. It's pretty easy to stockpile hundreds of normal bombs as a result for use in the skull mine. I'd normally go mining and clear cut entire floors of stone, and iron. Meanwhile converting wood into coal. Sometimes I will go to the skull cave to farm as well but 'normally.' Not really to get iridium. Enemies you kill in that cave can drop iridium ore and bars randomly so with high luck on a lucky day, with luck boosting items/food you can get a good amount of iridium without even going deep into the Skull Cave with hardly any resources spent doing so. Just focus on killing specific enemies.
