I’m pretty sure you can, if you’re on laptop just point the pointer on the frame of the bed, it should show the spawn point icon lmao.

You can hammer the walls, but you have to do it from a point where there’s a gap in the walls. Naturally generated walls don’t count for housing.

It needs to be a functional ”house”. To check whether a house is suitable for use, press on the “?” housing query mark next to npc menu and then press again anywhere inside the house to check what you’re missing.

You can’t hammer natural walls that aren’t edges, so you’ll need to use a bomb to destroy some so you can get the rest. Natural walls don’t count as house walls, as enemies care able to spawn on them.
