I’m Playing Terraria HARDCORE for 100 Hours
One of the greatest challenges in Terraria is hardcore, but I have decided to make it even harder by increasing the amount of time I have to spend in each phase of progression. And so, every 10 hours I will only be allowed to beat maybe two bosses. This will open the door for silly mistakes to occur but it will also allow me to spend time gathering supplies. So in some ways it’s harder and in some ways not but lets just see if I can survive Terraria hardcore for 100 hours.

You should do what you did with 1 year 1 world and do this challenge in calamity once you beat it in vanilla terraria
King Slime does, in fact, randomly spawn. More specifically, he rarely spawns on grass in the outer fifths of the world at day.

my door handle is broken and it sags whether or not the door is closed. now you can just push the door to open it without having to touch the handle, and i dont like that. I have seen your building tips with throarbin, can you maybe help me out with this one? dirt block to stay on topic.

Maybe, if you get enough luck, you can chance upon a reason to not go face-to-face with the dungeon guardian every run
one of my favorite ways to make queen bee ridiculously easy is by getting the bezoar to drop, being immune to the bees poison effect makes such a big difference

In the snow biome, you can make houses right beneath the surface and make goblin tinkerer and dye trader to move in to make the goblin as happy as possible (in pre-Skeletron). It will also make the mechanic happier once she moves in
King Slime has a very small chance to spawn randomly when you're at the outer edges of the world, similarly to the Goblin Scout. It used to be a pretty well-known method to summon him by running around the Ocean holding a Water Candle.

Huge tip if you really wanna take the game as slow as possible, don’t break an alter in hardmode. That triggers the pirate invasions. Instead, you should try to fish for all ores
King slime can spawn naturally in the outer 1/6th of the world im pretty sure with a 1% chance so you had the worlds most amazing timing coming from terraria no bug I think.

to fix your tundra pylon problems:
put the Arm's Dealer and Nurse together and the tundra pylon should be sold
also King Slime can spawn on the outer side's of a terraria world so the grilled squirrel did nothing but still insane timing
Your microphone peaks sometimes when you're speaking, not sure how to fix but may be something to look into. Awesome video otherwise 🙂

He can also rarely appear in the outer lateral sixths of the world completely by himself. As with all enemies that can spawn naturally, King Slime has a better chance of spawning while standing near a placed Water Candle or while under the effects of a Battle Potion. ty wiki.
Since you have so much time in between phases so I hope you try n explore more of the shimmer.
NPCs get new design after being submerged in shimmer so that might be a fun start.
Also, it's possible to make walls that allow spawn using walls dunked in shimmer, most notable one is shimmered walls made from dungeon brick. Just place shimmered walls on the edge of the screen and on the place you'll be standing on. You now have dungeon spawn outside the dungeon
Finding ways to entertain myself..
As a new player that hopped head first into master mode for the first time i can confidently say with 28 hours on one character and two bosses defeated, it is much easier to find ways to entertain yourself when you are a new player.
Congrats on finding something to do in your 10 hours!
Because all i was doing was just exploring and learning
