I've died once in my most recent playthrough in and it was to the nauseous ghosts. The ONLY thing I lost was a stack of 850 staircases.
That was a day reset even though it was 11pm lol.
I'm not about to lose a stack of staircases.
That humbled me real quick.

My fear of these moments is why I never bring full stacks of any consumables. 1/4 of anything valuable, usually
