Howdy! My partner and I have a modded world we play on together. We have tried e4mc, PlayitGG, Essential, and World Host. We have encountered strange issues with lag and are seeking advice.
Essentially (hehe, pun), I consistently have low framerates. When his game freezes or lags, my fps consistently goes up. When my game lags, his fps goes up. This occurs no matter how far away we are from each other in game. Additionally, we both have intermittent ping/server lag issues as well (which is odd considering he’s the host. I reckon he wouldn’t have server lag being the host, no?). The server lag is usually mutual.
I have wondered if it’s a mod incompatibility, or if we just have laggy mods. A list of our mods can be found in the following \[imgur album\](https://imgur.com/a/DBoGB9p).
Anyone know whether any of our mods could be problematic? Thanks!
