you can also instal the cheat seet mod and grab any post scal items to make the game easier!
I’d also recommend trying to reach the sunken sea to get the decrypted schematic. The Draedon weapons are really strong
You can get molten gear without beating bosses by mining crimtane/demonite
Here's another: in Calamity you can initiate falling faster by pressing DOWN key and holding it for a while. That for sure can make some bossfights easier
thanks for the reaver shark tip i am getting clowned on by eow in infernum so hopefully i can use hellstone gear to beat it
Pro tip: use the rod of discord to travel faster in abyss
it doesnt buff the reaver shark, it just reverts the nerf that it got in 1.4 vanilla, it used to work that way before 1.4
You can get hallowed armor, SHPC, and a bunch of hardmode items in prehardmode if you play cgfb, although I wouldn't recommend even trying unless you enjoy pain 😀
