Hope you enjoy today's episode on the Hardcore Minecraft world!! What do you think of the new plans for this city? I'm so excited to work on the harbor!! Anything I should add?
Great build today, love the casual use of beacons for lamps
im begging mojang for mossy deepslate blocks D:
Not that I want this world to end but I can see fwhip making a great create world long term. When he says “boats theoretically”… in create he could have boats coming and going!
Me: Super happy that Fwhip made a new video😀😃
Also me: wanting to skip to the end for the finished product so bad😅
I think that lightmatica is great for large projects like building cliffs/mountains or building super complex redstone machines. It doesn't need to be used for everything but it certainly has it's benefits.
I'm pretty sure with light matica, u can just hold right click and if u aren't holding the block u need, it will jump straight to it
30:27 I like the dorte and tuff
I love that you use Lightmatica, a lot of what I do with my own Minecraft world has been picked up from watching you and other creators.
i wonder will you build slums in your city
First of all MC is a SANDBOX/SURVIVAL, play the game how YOU want… Peeps need to stop complaining. Aslong you aint spawning stuff in, covering a death yadiyadiyaaaa. Asking a CC to go the long time consuming road when lightmatica is available is just strait up braindeath… Keep doing ya thing fWhip, love the vids.
Recently went back and watched your 'How to not get bored' video, and saw that in the nether you have a wonderful nether hub but the nether portals around it and just dotted around with anything really standing out. I thought that it might be cool to do a small nether-side to your builds/regions around the portals in the hub. I really enjoy your videos, you are a big inspiration to me. Cheers, Havagudwun.
You should do the wet logs trick on the oak posts at the docks!
you should transform the nether lol
nice
Your unwavering motivation, persistence and creativity are astounding! I did notice an odd detail – why do you use the stonecutter to turn blocks into slabs? It gives you half the blocks compared to crafting
P.S. I like the tuff more than the diorite on the bridge buildings, because I prefer complementary block pallets over contrasting ones
Awesome video
30:35 I think the diorite is unnecessary.
Guess you have a different meaning of hard core, only a content creator would try to justify it the way you did lol
I may have missed a notification, but was music missing from this video? The waterfront is looking splendid. I like the tuff on the bridge instead of the lighter colors.
Litematica seems like a really useful tool! I don't see anything wrong with using it, it's not like the mod does any building for you, it's kinda like a paint by numbers thing. You're still doing all of the work yourself, it just gives you a template to follow and recreate what you've already made
This is my city: file:///home/staningrad/Slike/Katedrala%201.png
Hey fwip. Seeing the coduit seeing used when replacing the stone to tough. Why not build a nice small monument in New papirus with it activated. Just to have the animation that it gives. Not even for the buffs.
I think it would look nice.
The tuff blocks i think look better personally as the trim. The white is almost too distracting
create an abandoned ship with an undead crew. The halloween skeleton could be the captain
This is why I love your channel. It's great to see you coming back to the same project to make it more immersive. Keep it up, It's so lovely to see Path taking shape!
💙
It's giving Whitestone from critical role and I love it ❤
fWhip is so goddamn nuts 😂😂😂 I love this stuff. Dude’s builds are insane
I like that you use the light mod I say keep using it good stuff! 👍🏻
I had no idea that people were hating on litematica! I don't see it taking away from any challenge, the only part of it I consider close to that is the easy place mode, and even then it's still a challenge to me, just a little less.
Just wanted to say that the build reminds me of Pier 57! It's awesome
Don't listen to Litematica snobs, thought it's… Nice? Respectful? Explaining your reasons and addressing the issue like that shows your respect for both your viewers and Minecraft. Personally, I tried not to cringe when I saw you build a wall and then replace more than half of the blocks with other blocks. The texturing. Shudder. It felt so wasteful and unnecessarily complicated and time consuming so when you started using Litematica, I was relieved. I don't use it yet even I feel it makes for a good division – when you're being creative you get lost in the design and having to run around with an overflowing inventory, hunting for more blocks, and, as you mentioned, there's the possibility you might need to tear down a bad design… I work on small projects but being creative in survival is a pain and interrupts the… juju 😁. That's why they added creative, so that nothing stands in the way of your creativity. Duh. And I would argue it makes some projects ultimately harder since adding, say, 5 stacks of coal ore is easy in creative and you will consider aesthetics more and may forget how hard it will be to get in survival. Because it looks too pretty like that.
Love these terraforming projects!!! I can’t wait for you to start working with armadillos and creating some kind of base for them eventually!
Watching you chop trees gave me a little idea. You could create a little adventurers hut/camp/logging station at every site you chop trees at with a bed, crafting table, ender chest etc all the goods!!! Just think that way it further makes your world feel even more connected and lived in and it’s not “breaking the fourth wall” almost if that makes any sense 🤣
i think maybe adding like a smuggler cave under one of the cliff caves where they would bring in like good that would be sold under the king or whatever, i think that would be a cool little detail to add into one of the cliff side caves. love the videos keep it up fwhip💕💕
White highlight. It blends too much into the cliff
I get Solitude vibes from the cliff, the university, the "cold storage" – s'that your inspiration? C:
