Stardew Valley is an iconic farming simulator, but we’re looking at big boy logistics.. can we talk about the political and socioeconomic state of the game’s world?!

  1. I'm not sure Linus would want a job — I think he chooses his lifestyle as a "wild man" of the mountains. This makes the employment rate 100%.
BTW: Its pronounced loo + the sound you might make make when hurt.

  2. Video Quality: Top Tier
    Video Subject: Cozy
    Outfit: Fire. Downright neuron activating.

I really hope these gain traction and you can make more.

  3. I feel bad for commenting this because it's not relevant as shit but it still really bothering me because I am a freak so don't tell me "why do you care it has nothing to do with you" because I know that but it's still bothers me
why do you have a cross neckless like you know god isn't real right (this isn't the first time we see you were one)
and also why did you make the thumbnail in a way that implies mayor Luis is a socialist because according to this video he implements more fascist ideas to the economy and also you made him sound evil which implies you think socialism is evil and I want to know why
anyhow great video and sorry if this was inappropriate I am genially curious

  4. The inflexible labor market is a myth. 100% employment is good for wages and workers but not for business who have to compete for workers instead of workers competing for jobs. The "inflexiblity" doesn't make it harder for workers to find a job, by definition the number of jobs would be greater than or equal to the number of workers, unlike now where the number of jobs is less than the number of workers. Currently some people are forced into destitution, whereas 100% employment would put those unemployed people into jobs that they might find suboptimal.

  5. A very nice breakdown!!

I’ve seen Lewis collect taxes (we’ll stand in a business and tell me he’s collecting taxes lol).

I like the ‘the farmer is tax exempt due to war’ theory.

  6. Consider: the town is just self sufficient, theres us, the farmer, marie's ranch, we literally have a local wizard, and that wage estimate, is just joja, they are literally the bad company, it could very well be that stardew valley has no minimum salary and joja just gets away with it, as otherwise, all villagers would be dead.
