And (at least on PC) you can hit escape to exit out of the wrong chicken color and leave your mouse over the same spot to click on chickens again to speed up the process. You know, until you cancel 3 blue chickens in a row cause you weren't paying attention 😂.
"gold per month" for the goat cheese isn't exactly accurate since it would be entirely dependent upon how many goats you have. On my first couple of farms I only ever had 4 goats at a time. I'll probably do the same on my next farm because my particular goals have me trying to get a balance of animal products. However if I were to just try to maximize profits instead then I would fill multiple barns with goats
When I got my first prismatic shard, I put it in a chest for when I unlock the desert. I accidentally sold it the next day, and I only realised after I slept 😢

actually, processed crops will probably always be better than goats. i stand. by the statement that goats are the worst animal in the game
