I once built a larger version of this on my survival world. The head on my thing is a block with stairs around it, so 2 blocks across, the rest having the same proportions as yours, except 2 times bigger. (i wish this sub allowed pictures in comments, it’s hard to explain)

Another way you could use this would be to invert it for a tomb or something similar, and place a skull where the indent for the head is.
