Designing A Huge Airbase In Minecraft Create Mod

Now that my colony’s food and farm problems are over, it’s military time! Today, I begin planning out a huge airbase where future working Create mod planes can operate out of. I first locate a good spot near my colony before proceeding to clear and flatten the land. I then begin marking out features like runways and adding road and rail connections.

    If you're able to construct C-47s, or even a single one, that can transport materials out of this base across the map, it would significantly enhance logistical efficiency. With that, you'd have a complete set of transportation options: land, sea, and air.

    That's really good and nice. I even cant build the house…. I really love mode create. But i cant build anything by myself… Still cool!

    If your worried about hanger space then might I recommend building them into the mountains? This is an actual thing that both Switzerland and Norway do with they're fighter jets to keep them sheltered and hidden from Satellites, aerial bombardment and nuclear blasts. They also almost always connect to the highways so they can use them as a runway instead of a dedicated airfield to hide their location even better, Though ones that connect to normal runways do also exist.

    the military base in the bowl would be highly unrealistic, as it gives the enemy a high-ground advantage point from all angles. however, it would look pretty cool if you pull it off well. also, dont forget taxiways and ATC for the airbase.

    12:18 to be honest, it not bad placement. It away from the sea so naval bombardment won’t be that easy and it in a bowl mean that if AA was put on top it would be hard for enemy planes to attack it.

    The only problem is if a ground assault happened because it would be quite hard to defend a base that is at a lower elevation

    Overall I would say it would be somewhat realistic and the surrounding doesn’t look any better so I say go for it

    Hi, I downloaded your mod pack, but in your pack there is some mod that prevents you from building all the blocks in one click, and when you put them they disappear and come back in a minute. This mod tries to select an area and put blocks in it. Please write the name of this mod or how to set it up correctly.

    I think you should build a plane first. That would be more entertaining and I think it can give you the willpower to finish the runways etc.
