I made a farm, I put items that improve luck and increase mob spawn. I DID EVERYTHING, but the item still doesn't appear.
I use a jungle biome, a water candle, a battle potion, a gnome, a mine cart (to always be in motion), and a sentinel to kill monsters faster.
The last option is to make this farm on a 'Celebrationmk10' seed, there it has a 1% chance instead of 0.25%

You’re doing things right it seems, you’re just getting very unlucky.
Did you not do the ritual?
Do the celebrationmk10 thing where you have 4 times more chances to get it, also you should make all torches be hallow torches and set up the thing so you can afk so you dont have to manually kill the sons of bitches
correct me if i’m wrong but doesn’t the gnome also decrease mob spawn rate?
Maybe you can try out the “Greater luck potion”
