What should i do in this empty land in my city?

I have this empty land in my city alongside with other skyscrapers but what i wanted is put something nice. I dont what to add more skyscrapers I wanted something functional in my city and it can be mid rises building or low rise building, it can be also many buildings like some hotels etc but not old-ish look its like a modern. So any ideas?
