Today, JJ and I are moving into a new house. Wa! How did you afford to buy us such a huge house? Well, actually, this house only cost 1 cent. Isn’t that a great deal? 1 cent? Yeah, because this was actually a crime scene. But still, isn’t it great? A crime scene? Is it safe? I’m sure it’s fine. There’s no reason to be scared or superstitious or anything. Never mind that. Let’s go over here next. This is the study. There are lots of books. Isn’t it great? There are human body models over there. H. Isn’t that creepy? Now, I’m sure the last owner was a scholar or something. Follow me. I guess that’s a possibility. Our next stop is over here. It’s the dining room and kitchen. It’s huge, right? The dining table is really long. Uh-huh. Hey, Mikey, the lights are flickering on and off. Oh. Oh, no kidding. Well, that’ll happen. We only paid 1 cent for it, so we can’t complain. Well, I guess you’re right. M What else is there to see? Duh. Hold up. What’s wrong? There’s a voodoo doll over there. Huh? There’s definitely something off about this house. Oh, let’s climb up. I’m right behind you. Okay. Wa. This is the third floor. It’s really creepy up here. It looks like those are torture devices. And look, Mikey, there’s blood on the floor. Do you think something terrible might have happened here in the past? Well, I’m sure it’s fine. It’s all in the past anyway. There are lots of wooden boxes. H And there are coffins in here, too. Let’s see what’s in here. Wo! Check it out. What? There are weapons, TNT, and traps in here. Wo! That’s amazing. What’s with all this stuff? Doesn’t this house seem dangerous? But it was only 1 cent, so who cares? After all, we couldn’t live in a house this huge if it hadn’t been a crime scene. Yeah, it’s true. But still, let’s take this stuff with us just in case. We might need it if something happens. You’re such a worry ward, JJ. Oh, that’s right. You said there was a fourth floor, right? But it looks like the way up there is sealed off. Oh, that’s right. When I bought this house, I was told never to enter the fourth floor. He kept warning me over and over again. Uh, why not? He wouldn’t tell me what the reason was, but when he said that, it did really make me curious about what could be up there. We should go check it out, JJ. Uh, that’s a bad idea. Huh? It’ll be fine. There’s a stain up there, too. Huh? We should definitely not go up there. It’s fine. Go on, follow me. I’ll use a pickaxe here. All right. Don’t you want to know what’s up there? You’re really going? It’ll be fine. Come on, let’s go check it out. Is this safe? Follow me. I wonder what’s on the fourth floor. Maybe there’s a secret treasure. Come on, JJ. It’s not like I have a choice. What’s wrong? What’s that? What is it? What’s all this? It looks like some kind of ritual. And what’s with this coffin? Uh, the coffin is leaking blood. You’re right. This is creepy. Mhm. Huh? Oh, look, JJ. There are some mirrors in here. But why are they pointed at each other? This room is way too creepy. Huh? I’m starting to get scared. JJ, let’s head back down already. We might want to hurry. Let’s go. That room was seriously creepy. Mikey, this house is as dangerous as I thought it was. But we already bought it. We just shouldn’t go up there again. I guess we have no choice. How about we go unpack? Yeah. All right, then. We finally finished unpacking. It took quite a while, so it’s night time now. But still, I managed to set up my bed and the sofa. And I even decorated it with some house plants on either side of the bed. I guess things have settled down now. So, I think I’ll play some video games. Huh? My game console should be right next to the TV, but it’s gone. See, I even put out your game console for you. Huh? Maybe Mikey walked off with it. I’ll go ask him. Mikey. Huh? You brought me the game console from JJ’s room. You can’t do things like that. Oh well, I guess I’ll play on JJ’s game console. H Hey, that’s my game console. Mikey. Huh? Hey JJ, what’s wrong? I mean, this was a crime scene, so there’s bound to be a ghost or two around here, but he’s just an ordinary cute kid. There’s nothing to worry about. Yeah, whatever. I’m tired. I’m going to bed. This has gotten pretty crazy. That is terrible. Huh? Huh? Oh, it’s the ghost kid from yesterday. Terrible. What’s terrible? Mikey, you went to the fourth floor, didn’t you? That’s where the doppelganger sleeps. He’s a monster whose curse copies you and then kills you. Oh, that’s how the previous owner of the house died. Huh? So, there really was a ghost. And now it looks like we’re in a lot of trouble. You’re right, JJ. What do we do now? At this rate, the curse is going to kill me. I should have never bought this crime scene house. Oh no, he’s coming. Who? What are we going to do? This is bad. Quick, let’s hide in here. Yeah. Okay, I closed the door. Mhm. Let’s hide in here. Huh? Someone came in. What is that? Is that the doubleganger? It looks like Mikey. It’s looking for us. I hope he doesn’t find us. Are we going to be okay? Huh? Oh, [Music] wo. We somehow survived. That’s great. Huh? That was close. Yeah. So, that was the doppelganger. That’s right. And he’ll come back again tonight to steal your soul, Mikey. Seriously? No way. Don’t worry, Mikey. We’ll build a security system before then to keep that from happening. Yeah, let’s do it. Let’s start setting it up right away. Okay. The doppelganger is on the fourth floor, right? Then let’s set up security measures on the third floor. But what kind of security measures? First up, I’ll set up an anvil security measure over there. Wo. So, first I’ll place some wood here, like so. And then I’ll place anvils on top. Uh-huh. The anvil security measure is now finished. Wo! They’ll drop when I push the button on the remote control. Even an evil spirit like the doppelganger should take damage. Nice. And to make sure we can keep an eye on things. Uh-huh. I’ll set up a security camera here. Good idea. H I bet that’s all we need to defeat it. Nah, we need more. Okay, now we’re on the second floor. Uh-huh. Over here, we’ll set up those bear traps that we found in the boxes earlier. Wo! Those are used for catching bears, right? If they work on bears, they should work on the doppelganger, too. Still, the real plan is what comes next. Huh? What’s that? Along with the bear traps, we’re also going to use these shotguns that we found. Oh, so when the doppelganger gets caught in the bear traps, we’ll use our shotguns to attack him. Oh, great idea, JJ. That makes me feel even safer. Let’s set up those bear traps. Okay, I’ll set them up like this to make sure the doppelganger gets caught in multiple bear traps. Oh, just like this. And then I’ll put some over here, too. And maybe a few more over here as well. Huh. That should be enough bear traps. Nice. And I’ll put a security camera in here, too. So, are we done? Well, if all of that doesn’t work, let’s also have a last resort security measure. A last resort security measure. Yeah. There was also a ton of TNT, so let’s use it to build a self-destruct security measure. Wo! So, if the anvils, bear traps, and the shotguns can’t defeat it, our only other option is to use a massive amount of TNT to blow it up along with the house. H awesome. But wait, hold up. It’ll destroy the house, too. But we just bought it. Well, it was only 1 cent, so it’s better than dying. Oh, I guess. All right, Mikey. Now, let’s split up and place TNT all over the house. Okay. All right, we finished setting up TNT around the house. Now for the final step. I’ll place some TNT over here. Then I’ll do this and put a lever on it. And now it’s finally complete. Wa! That’ll definitely defeat the doppelganger. Now, let’s wait for nighttime. We can wait for it in my room. Okay. [Music] All right. Let’s watch the security cameras. Huh? How is it? JJ, is the doppelganger moving around yet? M Well, it should be sleeping on the fourth floor. It’ll come down soon, but it hasn’t yet. Huh? The trap door is open. Huh? Huh? Mikey, the doppelganger is here. It’s coming down from the fourth floor. Here it comes. Let’s take it out with our anvil security measure. Got to time it carefully now. Mikey, do it. Take that. Yes. Huh? It didn’t work at all. Huh? I was so sure it would take damage, but it didn’t have any effect. Oh no. It’s coming down. It’s on the second floor. Let’s shoot him as soon as he gets stuck. Will the bear traps work? All right. Yes. Let’s go. Yes. Let’s go. Go. Yes. He’s stuck. Fire away. Go. All right. Take this and that. It looks like he’s taking a lot of damage. It’s working. Get him. Did we defeat him? That’s better. He’s back up again. He gets back up no matter how many times we take him down. This is bad. He might have some sort of regeneration ability. So, how are we supposed to beat him? Well, if we attack it with the huge amount of TNT that we set up, there’s no way it’ll recover. Oh, okay. Okay. I’m going to activate it. Oh, no. It’s coming this way. Let’s head for the ocean. Oh. Or we’ll get caught up in the blast. Okay. Here we go. 3 2 1 activate. Let’s get out of here. All right. Oh, no. Run away. Wa! What an explosion. Hurry up. Run. Ouch. Ouch. Ouch. Okay. What an incredible explosion. Wo! Yes! I got to jump into the ocean. Yes. Is it safe? What happened to our house? Let’s see once it settles down. That was a huge explosion. The explosions have settled down now. H yeah. Wa. Wow. We completely destroyed our house. But there’s no sign of the doppelganger anywhere. H. That must have defeated it. I hope so. I was scared. But thanks for defeating him. You’re welcome. It was nothing. All right. But now we don’t have a place to live anymore. H I guess you’re right. Oh, but that’s fine. Watch this, JJ. Uh, what are you doing? I’ll do this. What are you making? Just watch, JJ. And then I’ll do this. All right, that looks nice. Oh, all right. Once I put a door here.
