This goes against the core meaning of the game. It’s not about money

Cheese is too hands on for me. Im not interested the most efficient, money making farm. The wine is easy up keep. Hardest part is setting everything. Also, i hate petting the animals every morning (cause i cant find that darn autopetter)
No, pigs are better
Cows are more profitable
Goat – 1120/2 days
Cow – 644/every day ~ 1288/2 days
Other ways to earn money: Truffles. With the perk that makes everything forgable and ground item iridium star, truffles can sell for a whopping 1250g, meaning if you have 2 pigs, you can average 10 – 15 truffles PER DAY! I know there are more effective ways, but this is one of the few I do. I find it satisfying to collect all of the truffles I get and then sell them at the end of the season to see that sweet sweet moolah 🙂
(Don't turn it into truffle oil, as that sells for i think 100 – 200 less. Don't know the exact numbers, but it's still a major decrease)
Do note that you'll first need pigs, then need to wait for them to grow. You'll also need an upgraded barn, sadly I don't remember how upgraded, but to the teir to get pigs, so make sure you have another effective way to get money before doing things like the goat cheese and the truffles.

I prefer ancient fruits cause you only need to plant them once per year and the junimo harvest them for you. And I think wine kegs take on week so you only need to save all your normal fruit for kegs and sell the silver and gold quality ones immediately. Because wine quality doesn't change based on the fruit quality put in. Also save a few hundred fruit to make into seeds in the winter for next spring. I like to fully auto mate the farm and then concentrate on other things like reaching perfection in the game, with all hearts in NPC etc.
On my first play through and pigs and truffles . if you go with the corrupt company you can get auto petters without cave diving apparently making it way easier . each pig can dig up 3 truffles at a time in theory making 20-30 k per barn per day 3 seasons a year . winter just catch up on resource collections . … tasks or ginger island on top of this just fill your green house with starfruit. and you can also get the auto crop harvesters from the wizard and spam out 3 seasons of ancient fruit and just straight up sell those .
have yet to actually work out if your better off using the one that raises quality or speed growth not sure if the faster growth applys to the berry's

Im still a big fan of the pigs and truffle method purely cause i dont have to do anything and can spend the whole day in the mines
I actually found a way to make everything in your bag an amount of 999, when you go to the shipping cart, just shift the items in your bag and they'll be 999 in number

The wine is only slow initially, you're gonna be constantly outputting multiple batches so the income will become consistent and constant once it gets going
