I'm making an industrial city and i'm wondering what blocks you would use to make this building look dirty? If you've played Red Dead II before, think of Saint Denis (second photo). I want to make the buildings design look something like actual concrete instead of a bright white wall which doesnt fit with the theme of the city.

What about light gray concrete, or the powder varient. Thats easier to texture i feel like, but still feels like concrete
Here are some other monotone blocks: Acacia Wood, light gray concrete powder, gray concrete powder, gravel, cobblestone.
Use the gradients to your advantage, so don’t just sprinkle the blocks in. Use them with intent.
Calcite maybe
I’m thinking replace the concrete with calcite or diorite
Although hard to get, replacing concrete with calcite may help to achieve the effect
