Beating CALAMITY INFERNUM With ONLY FLAMETHROWERS | Pt. 1: Pre-Hardmode
Today, we begin our painful, bone breaking, brain melting journey into Terraria’s Calamity Infernum, but with a twist. In this challenge, we’re only able to use flamethrowers. How will we get the Slime Gods? How do we beat Infernum Wall of Flesh? Considering I’ve been through Infernum with the arsenal of entire classes at my disposal, and STILL was crippled by the various bosses and all of the bullet hells they have to offer, will we be able to make it through pre-hardmode with nothing but flamethrowers? Truly, there’s only one way to find out.

When you're doing the slime candle thing in the Shimmer early game, it might be a good idea to wall off the other wise of your platform to stop mobs from getting across.

Have you added the catalyst mode, i remember that add-on have added some more flamethrower for calamity
Waffletime you should additionally install the catalyst add on for more calamity-themed flamethrowers. It is balanced as well
WaffleTime entering his arson arc wasn't on my list for this year.

Honestly now that I've also started playing calamity more I can honestly say this mod is a goddamn pain in the ass
I'm talking it took me 10 HOURS and no I don't mean 10 hours of time
I mean 10 HOURS of in-game time like on the character
To beat the desert scourge
Like 10 hours on 1 character to beat one of the first bosses in the goddamn game
Like now I understand why waffle wants to fold his keyboard in half 46 times while taking a massive bite out of his desk
Because I honestly wanted to do the same
And the best part? I'm not even on the hardest difficulty
I'm playing revengeance master mode
And so far I've only beaten 5 bosses
For reference I also had a similar playthrough but that was on revengeance expert and there it took me maybe a couple hours to get to the point I am in now
I say do this in 3 sections like pre hardmode like you did, hardmode, post moonlord

Remember that the Bereft Vassal (infernum-exclusive boss) has a flamethrower in his loot pool.
I was very confused for the first few minutes, this video seemed very very tame for my normal WaffleTime experience
I know it may be a daunting task but I would love to watch a full playthrough of Fargos Soul's Soul of Eternity in the Masochist difficulty. I may be waiting quite a while cause getting the Soul of Eternity itself is a challenge so I could only imagine trying to in Masochist mode. I've got nothing but faith in you Papa Waffle!

I think the biggest fumble in terraria history is how red handled flamethrowers. There are only 2, and they both suck and arent cool.
