For some reason there are literally no endermen spawning in the end in my world right now. Not on the main end island, not in the outer end islands. It feels super eerie and is also sort of annoying because I am about to make an enderman farm
I won't pretend to be an expert on how the game works but it seems the sky light is currently reading as 15 here whereas the Wiki says its supposed to be 0

Are you playing in peaceful mode?
Yeah, the water mods from my Superflat stopped spawning as well. Probably going to fix it until the next update.
