I’m Spending an Entire Year on One World | May Edition



I think Terraria players often speed run the game to Moonlord and never take their time on their worlds. I want to change that. So, over the course of a year I will be playing on this world with each stage of progression being blocked until the start of a new month. Listed below are the progression locks I’ll be facing on this journey and come next December we’ll finally defeat Moonlord!

    Just play master HardCore and set multiple characters… (one for playing, one for fishing and corpse grabbing, one for economy and selling) And you won¨t need stupid rules… They will get quite simple and progress gets super slow… Nevertheless I killed EoL during the day on master hardcore… And it did not even take a year… You will find yourself rather building third awesome structure, but better not go kill wall of flesh 😀

    8:18 Your lack of using an Ivy Hook disturbs me. They're great for placing walls! The Ivy Hook is one of the items I try to obtain earlier than I should, and I use it for 95% of my playthrough unless I get lucky with a hardmode hook drop at some point.

    This is a really interesting idea. which it is fun and teaches you every aspect of the game at it own time so you can enjoy its full potential. Very Fun Idea Keep Up The Good Work!
    BTW Quick Tip For Ebonestone wall if you craft it throw it into shimmer so monsters can spawn, its works with some other walls too.

    I havent made it too the other videos yet, so you may have figured this out but if you uncap your framerate you can craft exponentially faster. might need a video to figure it out but it will help for max stacking like you wanted

    I always take my time. I enjoy the grind. I also always play medium difficulty. So early on, before i have decent backup gear, retrieval missions can be wonderfully stressful lol
