I personally use pumpkin soup and coffee in normal skull cavern run and on lucky days i use magic rock candy and crab cakes (mainly get from iridium crab). And as normal food i use gold quality cheese.
Or just get cheese, it doesn’t even deplete your other effects too.
And Jades -> you don’t even need that much food
