So, the spell “phantasmal force” lets you make an illusion in a 10ft cube, which can move, and can deal damage to people aslong as you hold concentration. One of those giant ballroom chandeliers fits inside of a 10ft cube, so I tried to drop a giant ass chandler on somone from like really far above them, using phantasmal force. Either dnd’s falling object rules it would have done 20d6 damage PLUS the 1d6 per turn the phantasm would do normally. My dm Vetoed it cause she didn’t want me killing a plot relevant character in the first encounter. Which, fair.
there's three solutions to this as a GM: 1 – "The humanoid body is far too intricate to be messed with so lightly. Only a master can destroy it from the inside out." 2 – "Hey. I don't want you to do that. No." 3 – "I've reworked this entire magic system so now the only spells you have access to are fucked up evil spells like 'brain hemorrhage', 'epidermal breakdown' and 'sudden osteoperosis'."
How to prevent it from happening again or limiting its use when fucked up use of spells like that appear make the Weave backlash against the user like an amount of arcane damage or something then either the Weave completely stop this type of effect from happening ever again or maybe even all current user of the spell meaning in there active spell slot get subconsciously informed by the Weave that said usage of the spell has been forbidden and those that still does it receive the backlash damage Meaning enjoy party bbeg just got told of a sure kill spells

The spell "Fuck You" is only usable by Bards
