This might be close. The mountain looks to be rather long and there’s a plains between the mountain and the ocean.

Mountains on 3 sides of the plains village at spawn, not sure if it’s close enough to the water for you though.

Frozen peaks mountain with a cherry grove, sunflower plains village at the base of the mountain, absolutely massive flower forest biome across the river from the village.

This one might be close to perfect if it was anything other than a savanna across the ocean from the village. Still, very large mountain range and plains around the village. Several ancient cities and a jungle temple near spawn as well.
