this is the real modrinth download right?

my brain is going on paranoia thinking it isn't even tho I downloaded it in april. the url was https://modrinth.com/app also, why is it that a modpack could be updated and its instantly on the website but on the app it takes a bit. why is that? is it because of a delay between the two? if you press on "change version" it downloads it from modrinth's site correct so no viruses at all? Asking bc i updated a modpack for a server I played, idk why im worrying bc last modpack I scanned said all clean…
