Looking for a beginner friendly seed for my friend! Doesn’t need to be cool, just easy.

It sounds ridiculous but I keep getting seeds that throw me into the badlands or an island or swamp or another island or the desert or yet another island or whatnot, so while I've been finding some really sick seeds to play on later, I'm trying to find just a very simple seed that would be fun to play for someone's first time on minecraft! There's not actually any importance to where the village, forest, or portal are located, just that they are reasonably close to spawn!
