VulkanMod or Sodium… which is better? (specs listed below)

Hello! I wanted to try out the VulkanMod, but it seems it's not commpatible with the mods listed in the screenshot. I want to know if removing those three mods, so I can use VulkanMod will give me better performance. Does anyone know if Vulkanmod would be better for performance in a Vulkan-compatible PC than Sodium (among other optimization mods)?

My GPU is a 5700XT (totally Vulkan-compatible)

And my CPU is a 3200g
