When I'm using the exchange tool set to the max range, it will only exchange the 3 rows west of the highlighted area. Lower ranges will do the same, only exchanging out the rows on the west end, or not exchanging at all. I'm on 1.20.1, building gadgets 1.0.8

You don’t have the materials. Normally the preview is red to show you this, but that breaks with shaders
