How do I know? Both are different company with serving different purpose. Idk if you are asking vaout which companies in terms of being bad then I say is probably Disney. They had a long history of some evil things they did.

Prime Video is worse than both of them. Where I live they make you pay for LITERALLY almost everything. Even the most popular movies cost real money. So yeah, warning to anyone to not use it.
