I'm trying to figure out how to take a cable link out of an inventory trim. I've got a fairly large space in my survival world sectioned off for my storage banks and have my inventory connector at the center.
I'm planning to build up around it in all directions and have machines from create import from/export into my central storage. But I can't figure out how to get a cable link from a trim. Are they just incompatible systems in the same mod?
I really don't wanna switch all my trims over to cable connectors – they're way too expensive right now. I just wanna take a cable out from my storage system.
I hope my little demo is clear – I've put green wool under the storage terminals that work, red under the ones that obviously don't, and orange under the ones I had expected to work but don't. In the orange ones, I use a cable connector on the trim, then use cable to run into the terminal.
