Strangest issue when loading/unloading my GUI texturepack

I'd been playing in 1.21.5 for months with this same pack, had absolutely no issues even similar to this, then I hopped back on after not playing for a while (I did not update any mods/texturepacks, just continued from when I last played), and now all of a sudden its doing this. Updated to 1.21.10 hoping it would fix it, but it did not. The only things I have added/changed in this pack is the gui, some flowers & the diamond tools, so I have no idea why its doing this lol
