So, I have been tinkering with this for a few hours and thought I'd share as it was a pain to understand.
1st thing the Accelerator magnetic field is your best friend to keep these small. But they require a ton of power I have 2 T9 Capacitor Addons and 1 T9 Efficient Speed Addon which seems to be the most consistent to get the 20000+ required (Note in this pack 15000 is the max required) this is in the dead center of the build.
2nd the Mekanism Ultimate Universal Cables are required as the Magnetic field needs the higher transfer rate to stay stable to get to the 20000+ mark
3rd the Particle Accelerator Speed Sensor and Accelerator Magnetic Field need to be bound to the Particle Accelerator without the dropper looking at it.
- Screenshot 1 gives basic layout and footprint. I used the Motor for the majority as it cuts the time down.
- Screenshot 2 is just the Magnetic Field set up.
- Screenshoot 3 is my 2nd item deployer set up and has the sensor set to 20000j.
For AE integration, have a Pattern Provider on a Modular Router with the Router having a Distribution Module (I always Max speed them as well) with the 1st on the Particle Accelerator (the one without the dropper facing it) and 2nd slot into the dropper. From there you can hopper the outcome back to the Pattern Provider to complete the craft. I would recommend locking the Provider until the craft is completed.
Hope this helps someone who does not wanna spend a few hours testing =]

Use flux points instead of mek cables they are more convenient and have unlimited transfer speed. if it’s too annoying do one point per motor. It’s defo overkill in therms of power but it looks better imo
no thanks I just built a 100 block long square each side and filled one side with accelerators 😎
