After pausing on the exact frame, I can report that it looks like a wither skull shot by a Wither 🤔

blue wither skull. Have you had a wither fight? If so it’s just a spawned projectile with no applied gravity (moves linearly) and doesn’t despawn. It appears whenever you render in a chunk that it exists. Not a bug… not really… it’s a known game feature.

Wither skeleton skull, have you fought a wither in that world? The skull could have gone into unloaded chunks and you came across it randomly. Also 40 egaps wtf???

Wither skull. If you fought a wither, and some skulls missed you aand went off into the sunset, they entered unloaded chunks, and stayed loaded until you got close. Then it started moving again. Bedrock wither is scary

Blue wither skull projectile from a wither fight. Those have a blast strong enough to break obsidian.
