I agree with the other commenter that adding more might make it look busy, but I also see how you might feel like there is too much spruce. I think you should add some deepslate behind the villagers. It’s subtle yet it breaks up the colour scheme a little.

Doesn’t look bland to me. But carpet or pixelart on the floor would look great. Orange one would look great.

The only thing I’d consider doing is adding a bit more warped or oxidized copper to complement the ceiling, but isn’t necessary and looks great as is.
