Any seed with a spawn like this?

Hi everyone, I'm starting a Minecraft server with my friends this Monday, and I wanted to know if there are any seeds similar to this one where the spawn looks like this.
The seed in question: 8465694128627486472

I could use that seed, but there are three reasons why I can’t:

1. These screenshots were taken very far from the actual spawn point—about 2000 blocks away—and I’m not going to use cheats because my friends want achievements. Since I don’t want to make them walk all the way to that location, I can’t use it.
2. The spawn is in a jungle, which is really inconvenient due to the high monster spawn rate.
3. Even though the area is beautiful, walking 2000 blocks just to reach the city location isn’t ideal.

So I wanted to know if there are any seeds that resemble the screenshots, where the spawn is similar to this.

I know it can’t be perfectly identical, so here’s what my friends and I are looking for:

1. A beautiful landscape.
2. A good flat area for building a city.
3. An underground area near coordinates 0 0 that doesn’t have too much going on, since we want to build a base there (optional).
4. Villages nearby, since we have the Phoenix Family mod.
5. Preferably biomes or trees such as Dark Oak, Spruce, Cherry, and Pale wood nearby.

I’d be grateful if anyone could help, as I’ve been searching for days on Reddit and Chunkbase.
