So im doing a coop with my friends in E2ES and i wanted to use the Rainbow Generator and dedicated myself to finding a way to automate everything. Pretty much everything can be done pretty easily besides Dragons Breath. Pls note I am not a techmod person (botania is what i know) so for some mods my knowledge is little to say the least :3

For this farm to work i needed 3 things and a couple resources automated
A. a way to trap the dragon
B. a way to trigger the dragons fireball or breath attack
C. a way to collect the Dragons Breath

You'll also need glass bottles, end crystals (quartz, nether stars, ghast tears), iron blocks, and pumpkins automated (i used mystical agriculture for this)

For A i used this post from 9 years ago [Infinity Lite] Automating Dragon's Breath and tried Direwolf20's automatic dragon farm (Video Link) to try and trap the dragon after testing with the Evershifting Fountain (Astral Sorcery) . I decided to go with the Ritual of Containment (Blood Magic) because the dragon would not only glitch and not shoot its fireball but get out after a couple seconds with the Evershifting Fountain. The Ritual Works wells just put it around where the dragon will spawn and had to make a lp farm to keep it running.

Things to note:
-If you die in the end the dragon will no longer shoot fireballs (this seems to only happen on our server though and not singleplayer)

For B this is where things started to get a little more complex and we run into E2E specific problems i mainly used this post Automated Dragon's Breath with Mob Griefing = True. [All The Mods: Expert] Their are 2 main conditions to get the dragon to fire its ball first a mob or player entity must blow up a crystal and then a player entity must be within a certain range (their is a small exception to this but the mob has to hit the dragon im pretty sure). For most mods the Mechanical User Will not only just count as a mob entity but a player one too but in E2ES this isn't true (I believe its somethings with ftb).

So instead I decided to use snow golems or skeletons to shoot the End Crystal i went with skeletons and iron golems and it seemed easier then spawning lots of zombies. I have wooden spikes and cyclic fans to keep the iron golem behind the crystal and also make sure it dies when it gets blown up. I use a phantom placer to place the end crystal and block placers to make the golems and a botania hour glass to make them spawn on a timer.

Things to note:
-To get the phantom placer to place the crystal place a block on the bedrock connect your thing to it, break the block and set it to down
-The skeleton may not be able to see the golem is so make the space 3 blocks high
-Sometimes the pumpkin will place but not make a golem (this seems to only happen on our server though and not singleplayer)

For C you must use yourself as bait for the fireballs since mechanical users dont count as player entities. I use 10 mechanical users (EU2) to collect the breath and a shield block on a Redstone clock to protect myself. This will make it where the dragon will have line of sight and trigger the fireball for a couple ticks with out having the danger of getting hit by the fireball and i power it with a rtg. I tried just putting blocks and pistons on a clock but it was too inconstant.

Things to note:
-Each mechanical user has 16 speed upgrades each and is set to only upper left slot only
-Each mechanical user has a limited item filter each (bottom pipes) of 64 bottles in insert and has 15 extraction speed upgrades each (side pipes)
-The Bottle Extract is set to round robin and also has 15 extraction speed upgrades each
-The Drawer Insert has a item filters for Dragons Breath
-If dragons breath is in the upper left slot the mechanical user will throw it
-The Horologium Ritual will increase greatly the speed but is not needed

Closing Notes:
This farm will produce about 32-64 stacks of dragons breath in 5min depending if you have the ritual and about 5 mins will produce about 7-15 days on constant in game time for your rainbow generator (without throttling) i do wish i could figure out the fake player thing though and why the dragon stops shooting balls when if you die in a multiplayer but im very happy with this farm and i hope this helps someone else in the future :3
