I chose smooth stone because it gave me fallout bunker vibes but I’m having a lot of trouble finding good blocks to go with it

Trapdoors along the roof lining the hall, buttons on the ground to simulate debris (if you have an invisible item gram texture pack you can rotate them or add other blocks to make different sizes), light blocks behind glass to break up the monotony

I’d say the main problem here is it’s all one block. Technically two with the slab version, but functionally one.
The iron section is better, but it still has the same issue overall.
My recommendation is use a different block for atleast the floor, if not also the ceiling. Some blocks I’d recommend trying out are Cyan Terracotta, Polished Andesite, maybe also basic Andesite, Polished Tuff, and if you go with Tuff for the ceiling, mixing in some of the Chiseled versions (both regular and brick) could give some interesting texturing
Keeps with the general grey vibes, but mixing in different styles, rather than it all being very light grey and samey
