  1. Little known Stardew fact: Regular quartz is better as a moneymaker than a diamond in a crystalarium. Diamonds net you 150g/day. Raw unrefined quartz nets you 85.7g/day. HOWEVER if you refine the quartz in a furnace each crystalarium will net you 190g. Coal isn’t an issue if you turn Hardwood into wood with a wood chipper which you burn in a charcoal kiln to make coal. Hardwood isn’t an issue if you are using the forest farm or gather hardwood daily from the secret woods.
