Spotify ahead a setting which makes all audio play for both ears
Just switch to mono audio lol
In your phone config, there's an option called "mono audio" (or "combine audio" or similar). If you press it, both audio canals mix and you hear the same in both sides

Here’s a hack- if main speaker broken- turn the broken earbud upside down so that the other speakers are directly facing your ear canal to replace the broken speaker
