Cursed Mannequin droprate is… cursed

I'm doing a challenge of obtaining every possible item in the game. I've got 11(!) drops of the female version of cursed mannequin and big fat 0 of the male variant. Wiki says the drop rate is the same and I know RNG can fuck you over but it seems kinda crazy. Is there anyone who had the same issue? Running the quarry mines and quarry levels in the regular mine is getting old at this point
