Having trouble with copper lamps, they keep becoming unsynced with daylight sensors.

I have set all 12 lamps on both sides to turn on during the night (using an observer observing the lamp and the observer pulse being sent to a single daylight sensor that is set to night mode. It’s especially during sunset and sunrise where they all flicker on and off for some reason.
