MI Power Help

On ATM 10, I realize this isn't a FTB pack but as I know there are FTB packs with Modern Industrialization I figure it'd be fine to ask for specific help here. Attached are images of an MV electrum cable going into an MV energy input hatch. As you can see, the machine (Electric Blast Furnace) is not being powered really at all. This is also happening to some other machines (centrifuge, which yes have MV hulls) but not happening to various other machines with MV hulls (compressor, etc). I can't figure out why these specific machines aren't getting nearly enough power while other machines fully overclocked are perfectly fine. All power generation and cables are from MI, and all machines are using MV hulls and connected to MV cables. Any ideas would be appreciated, thank you.
