Been having this issue recently (last 2(?) days) and I have zero clue what is causing it suddenly, can anybody offer up some things to try, or let me know if they've experienced the same? I'm playing the Intergrated Minecraft Modpack on a server (not my server) and this is basically unplayable.

It's just a different color.
I disabled oculus, no change.
