I meant to keep that left side open to resemble a cove. Does anyone know if there’s a seed like this? I’m on Bedrock if that helps at all.

It’s upside down but pretty much what you want and posted here less than a month ago. Bedrock has a really high up deep dark biome in one of the mountains in the post.
