I've recently checked my world seed on a seed map page and there seems to be something not fitting, mainly my end portal coordinates, even being a village on surface level where the portal is. I'm just curious to know what's going on here.

Are you sure you have the setting selected for the “end portal/stronghold” icon to show up? For me it is always default off, something you have to turn on
Has it got something to do with updates? Is your world older than the seed map you’re using? I think it’s got something to do with different updates.
