Nope! That’s likely a meadows biome, and those have a chance of spawning trees with bee nests in them.

Its not a glitched tree, there is 3 types of birch trees. Small with just 4-5logs and leaves only 2 blocks off the ground. Tall Birch which tend to be 6-8 tall, and these which are Super Tall Birch which are well this tall.
