12:47 i was wondering, if he gets double armor too why dont u ichor him once every like 20 sec? itll make u do double damage = double the speed of the fight
21:05 yea thats fax. but if u do farm him begore planterra and golem u have set urself up for ez ez endgame gear and the rest will be a breeze, normally that wouldnt be fun for the series but you go for unique ways to kill the next bosses anyways so it doesnt really matter. like i said in another comment. ichor him to half his dmg so u do twice the dmg cus he already has x2 armor itll give u wayyy more time for the third phase prep. love the videos bro thanks for the years of great content for us
idk if he figured out how to kill the fishron using the tunnel but why didnt he just use the gravitational potion which flips ur character to fall the other way?
As a kid my sister and I fought duke fishron with the asphalt bridge and because we couldnt out maneuver him with our gear, we would use an asphalt bridge across the entire world to kill him. It worked surprisingly well and we didnt learn what we did until we went back years later
So I will say, it's a lot easier and safer when using rails for bosses in most situations to use teleporters instead of turning around (not always, but fairly often, especially for very fast bosses or bosses who's attack patterns make turning hard)
Also teleporters if properly set up, especially for a teleporting boss like the dukes third phase using pressure plates would let you effectively fall indefinitely. (I'm 90% sure you can actuate teleporters and even if you can't you can set up an actuating hoik to push yourself down through the teleporters at the top automatically (without using the timer on the hoik on the teleporters or you'd just teleport back and forth between the bottom and top, but with pressure plates triggering the bottom and hoiks to push you through the top teleporters It should work) Though all that is unneeded if you can actuate teleporters.
Also your minecart is not breaking those homing "bubbles", those spawn the razorblade typhoons (the tornados) but after hitting you they take a while to spawn so you hit them on the way back. In his second phase they just hit blocks and don't home in, but in his third phase the tornados are deadlier, their positioning can be anywhere, and the spawn projectile (the razorblade) homes in on you. But it does no damage on it's own, hence why you thought your cart was breaking them.
Lastly, I don't fight him with chlorophyte bullets (anymore), I usually fight him before any other hardmode bosses and occasionally without any hardmode gear at all and then just sweep every boss up to the moon lord.
Any creature in the game needs a 2-wide 3-tall gap to spawn – even if they are small creatures like the Truffle worms. Platforms do also count against that 'space' they have to spawn, even if they can walk through them. (But it's very convenient to make quick and spawn-safe tunnels through the Jungle to have plantera bulbs and life fruit to spawn if you simply line the top of the tunnel with platforms). I really like your truffle farm setup though, a simple filter is a nice and elegant solution
Duke used to have an easy cheese you could do, where you simply used 2 teleporters, that's it. You teleport outside the beach-biome, enraging Duke, and then teleport back inside, resetting his entire AI, where he wouldn't do any tornadoes. And you could easily kill him as soon as you unlocked teleporters (which used to be after the first mech boss), a Megashark, and a bit of patience. From what I know, that no longer works
Another strategy that I saw MrSephy do first was fight Duke normally for phases 1 and 2, and then have an infinite-fall teleporter setup for phase 3. As long as you keep falling, you reliably dodge him. You can actuate Teleporters to make them intangible, and if you're in a minecart, you fall through the platform the teleporter can be placed on top of. Then you also actuate the bottom teleporter, set a button next to it to activate it. Lastly, you use a bed-teleport to start up the entire system. If you use the mirror or a Recall Potion while in a minecart, you teleport to your bed with 0 horizontal momentum. You can place your bed on top of a platform, above the teleporter setup, where you'll simply fall into the infinite falling-loop.
You basically rediscovered this falling method, with a finite world – which still works, so that's awesome o/ I'd argue the Rainbow Gun tech discovery was worth it alonge, it's awesome to see that weapon get used
Seeing you explore ideas is intriguing to watch, thank you for sharing your passion 🙂
Yoooo slow down with boss rush , mebay try to build something big and cool?(btw now you have access to echo coating so you can paint your "moving" lake)

VENOM DART TRAPS!?!? I didn’t know that was a thing

Plantera with the pvz freedom motif is crazy
Use honey on Moon Lord
23:03 PvZ sound font cover of world revolving?
after the series is over you should make a teir list of all the boss strategies you made
this is unironically how i beat duke on the ps3

Funny thing: in our master FTW playthrough, we've used that trick to kill Fishron for the first time.

Optimal worm farming.

28:10 I mean you are using a Post Duke Weapon to kill him, so of course it’s easier
Who's gonna tell bro that if you use a teleporter you can easily cheese the 3rd phase of duke fishron with a small hole?
bro should of just made a platform of traps and 2 teleporters on a timer lul
12:06 famous last words
telaporder
yo what what's that question bruv? 😂
Eh… Plantera's kind of mid. I vote for a redo.
I'll be totally honest, I forgot about this for a little while,
glad my recommended showed me this because I really like this series
3:30 I've got over 3k hours in this game and never even knew that was an item lmao.

highkey best youtube series rn ✌
That was the most ununiqe way of killing plantera i ever seen xd
Wow, can't believe we had a shared brain cell as soon as you got that rainbow gun.
No honey in this video? But we honey buckets have NO LIMITS.
Once you beat moonlord you should time and speedrun all your strategies to see how fast you can beat all the bosses back to back
A rail spanning the world is also a really easy way to cheese Moon Lord
I love this pushing terraria limits
"in the most unique way possible" osogof tunnel
could have used honey
the ending is legit hype

All this to kill one boss btw (love your content keep it up please!)
12:06 the shi almost gave me a heart attack 😭
its this guy
Empress next??? I like her wings because it's better suited for Summoner and Mage imo.
WAS THE WORLD REVOLVING IN THE PVZ SOUNDFONT DURING THE PLANTERA FIGHT!?!?!?!?!?!?
Hail, good sir! Pray, unleash thy next video soon
just use the gravity potion bro
Omg Christmas has come early, dude youve got the best terraria vids hands down or up😳
the minecart isn't breaking the little whirley thingies, once they make contact with the player it does 0 damage and spawns a sharknado
the anti gravity hook circle strat is better
With plantera get max projetile speed to fire more pulses to kill it faster
24:05 "Guys, I came up with a new strategy for Plantera"
The strategy: spin 2 win
The pulse bow thing was cool tho, maybe player detectors would have helped
In order to be even safer, I bet you can make the big fishron whole outside of the ocean biome to kill him a lot quicker.
23:09 am i going crazy, is that Pvz X deltarune music 😭
